The #31 has 2 last place finishes in the Truck series (Tony Roper in the 1st Phoenix race in 1997, and James Buescher in the 1st Martinsville race in 2011)

Also, that's the only one that's missing from the Truck series.

Its kinda odd that despite how many last place finishes (at least I can remember) were in the 50's and 60's range, the 10 car has had the worst luck in NASCAR.
